If you would like to receive a copy of Your Data held by Us, please contact Us. We may charge you a small administration fee to meet our costs in complying with your request. If you are a registered user of Tradespace you may access and update Your Data contained in your on-line account at www.mytradespace.co.uk at any time.
You must make sure that you update Your Data as soon as possible with any and all relevant changes. You can ask Us to remove Your Data from Our database entirely by sending an email to email@example.com specifying your name, the email address you used to register with Us and your user name.
